  • WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?
    All branches are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. We are open Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 1:00pm
  • ARE YOU NEAR ME?
    Our only pick up point is in Stone, the address is: NVP Vehicle Rentals, Silver Birches, Stone Rd, Meaford, Stone, ST15 0QT.​
  • WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED WHEN RENTING OR PICKING UP MY RENTAL VEHICLE?
    You MUST bring a valid, current, full driving licence (and paper counterpart for UK new photo licences) for each intended driver, remember the driving licence must be valid for driving in the UK. You also need to bring 2 forms of id verifying your current address such as utility bill or bank statement.
  • CAN I GUARANTEE A PARTICULAR MAKE OR TYPE OF CAR OR VAN HIRE?
    The vehicles illustrated within this website are for guidance only and may be substituted for an alternative, similar or upgraded vehicle (at no extra cost). We will, however, try and accommodate any request for specific vehicles you ask for. This does NOT apply for Motorhomes. You will be given the motorhome you request.
  • I HAVE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE, WHAT DO I DO?"
    If you have been in an accident with another vehicle you MUST contact us asap to report the damage. You should take the normal actions in an accident as if it was your own vehicle. Photos of the damage and accident, contact details for the other driver etc.
  • HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO HIRE A VAN?
    If you are unsure about whether you're old enough to hire a van, read on to find the minimum age explained! Drivers generally (although do check the terms of every van hire agreement as there are always exceptions) need to be: Panel Vans: 25 to 75 years old. Minibuses & Luton vans: 25 to 75 years.
  • CAN I RETURN THE VEHICLE OUTSIDE OF WORKING HOURS?
    No. Our site is secured and vehicles must be returned within our opening hours.
  • ALL MY UTILITY BILLS ARE ONLINE?
    We require formal documentation showing the same address as your licence. Bank statements or similar are acceptable in hard copy or electronically by email in PDF format.
